Parcelling

Parcelling is a cadastral survey in which an unseparated area that is a transfer of part from an existing parcel is made into a new parcel. One or more parcels can be involved and the procedure can also be used to transfer parts from one parcel to another.

The purpose of parcelling is to lay down the boundaries of a parcel and to establish the rights bearing on its use. The information about the new piece of parcel is entered in the Real Estate Cadastre Register by parcelling report.

Parcelling can be done in building land and agricultural land accordant to necessary permits and spatial plans.
